Itinerary

We all have a different holiday style. Maybe you are here to relax and take a few yoga/fitness classes or maybe you are here for the whole nine yards partaking in everything we offer. Although we do encourage you to take part in all of the program activities, after all the holiday is yours, so the level of participation is entirely up to you.

Tentative schedule

6.00am: Meet for Coffee , Tea or Fruit

6.30am: Our Daily Pranayama/Meditation Class with Annie

6.45am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Annie

8.00am: Breakfast Buffet

9.45am: Leave for Excursion or Free Time

12.30pm: Nutrition Masterclass or Dharma Talk

1.30pm: Light Lunch

4.00pm: Fitness Bootcamp with Aaron

7.00pm: Dinner

8.15pm: Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra with Annie
